In most cases, your keyword earnings will only represent a percentage of your overall store earnings or earnings for a particular product. For a purchase to count towards your keyword earnings, it has to have been made within 24 hours after a confirmed search keyword visit.
To better understand keyword earnings, it’s helpful to consider some examples of Buyer purchasing behavior that don’t count towards your keyword earnings. Some examples include but are not limited to:
- Buyer clicks on your product directly from a search engine result such as Google Chrome (not a search on TPT) and makes a purchase
- Buyer makes a purchase 48 hours after searching for the keyword on TPT
- Buyer visits your store page, clicks on a product, and then makes a purchase
Buyers can discover your resources in many different ways besides TPT Search, including Google or other browser searches, social media posts, or other outlets to discover your resources on the TPT marketplace.
