You can view store data across any date range. You can also choose to view a single product, multiple products, or all products in your store. The default is your entire store (all products).
The Seller Dashboard makes it easy for you to view metrics related to sales and Buyer engagement. It’s also built to display data specific to your Easel resources, such as the total number of students reached and the total number of teachers who are opening an Easel resource.
Sales
- Earnings show the amount of money you’ve earned. If you have multiple products selected, it will show the sum of each product’s sales within the specified date range.
- Earnings per cart show the average earnings from each cart that includes one or more of your resources. Higher values can mean Buyers are purchasing more or choosing higher-priced items.
- Earnings per unique Buyer show the average revenue earned from each Buyer. A higher value may indicate that Buyers are purchasing multiple items or opting for higher-priced resources during their visit.
- Earnings per unit show the average revenue earned for each resource sold in your store. A higher value may reflect stronger pricing, fewer discounts, or more sales of higher-priced products.
- Earnings per view show how much you earn for every view your resource gets. A high value may indicate strong conversion from views to purchases.
- Units per cart show the average number of purchased products from your store in each cart. Use this data to gauge whether Buyers are bundling or choosing multiple products from your store at once.
- Units per unique Buyer show the average number of items each Buyer purchases. Higher numbers may indicate that Buyers are exploring and purchasing from multiple listings in your store.
- Units sold show the total number of individual resources sold in your store. If you have multiple products selected, this will show the total number of units sold for the selected resources only.
Engagement
-
Carts show the number of cart checkout events that include one or more of your resources, which is helpful for understanding how often your resource leads to completed purchases. A higher rate means a stronger contribution to sales performance.
- Note: A “cart” is created when a Buyer adds a resource or multiple resources to their cart on TPT and completes their purchase.
- Conversions show the percentage of views that led to a sale (Sales ÷ Views). A higher rate means your product pages are effectively turning interest into purchases.
- Video plays (Preview and Main) show the total number of plays for your TPT Videos. If you have multiple products selected, that number will only reflect the selected video resources.
- Unique Buyers show the count of distinct Buyers who made at least one purchase per time interval (e.g., day, week, or month). A higher unique Buyer count means more individual customers are engaging with your business during each time period, indicating strong reach and conversion from your marketing efforts.
- Views show how many people viewed the product pages in your store. If you have multiple products selected, it will show the sum of all selected products’ views within the specified date range. Note: This does not include your store homepage, only product pages. View data is only available from January 1, 2017 onward.
Easel
- Total teachers opening Easel resource is the total number of unique teachers who opened an individual resource in Easel. The teachers are unique per resource but not across resources, so if you're looking at multiple products, a single teacher may be included multiple times overall, but only once per product.
- Total teacher opens in Easel is the total number of times teachers have opened an individual resource with Easel. An individual teacher may open the resource in Easel multiple times to differentiate for students or to use as separate activities over different days.
- Total assigns in Easel is the number of times the Easel resource has been assigned to students. Each resource assigned counts as one, even if multiple students complete it.
- Students reached is the total number of unique students who opened an individual resource in Easel. The students are unique per resource but not across resources.
