If your gift card code is not working or you receive an error during checkout, there are a few common reasons this can happen. Most issues are caused by typing errors, extra spaces, or entering the code in the wrong field.
If you’re having trouble entering your gift code manually, you can try to copy and paste the code from your email instead. Some numbers and letters look alike (e.g. I - l - 1) which can make entering the characters manually difficult.
If you copy and paste the code, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
Lastly, make sure you're entering the code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout. Entering a gift card code in the Promo Code field will result in an error.
