Gift cards are automatically sent to the recipient’s email, if one was provided, right after purchasing. If your recipient did not receive the email with their gift card, it's possible the email was sent to their junk or spam folder. You can have them check these folders in their email inbox - emails are sent from Info@TeachersPayTeachers.com to help with searching. If your recipient cannot locate their gift card, you can also retrieve it for them from your TPT account.
To find a gift card you purchased, please:
- Log into your TPT account.
- Click on your profile icon at the top right of the site.
- Click on “My Purchases.”
- Locate the gift card order and click “View Details.”
From there, you can download the gift card and email it to your recipient, or print it out to hand-deliver.
