Frequently Asked Questions

To upload a new profile picture:

1. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the site
2. Choose "My Account"
3. Select "Store Profile"
4. Click "Edit"
5. Click "Add Photo" under "Profile Picture"
6. Click “Choose File” to select the image you want from your computer
7. Click "Preview" to see how it will display
8. Drag the circle to the area you'd like to display on the site
9. Click "Save Photo"
10. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save"

To edit an existing profile picture:

1. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the site
2. Choose "My Account"
3. Select "Store Profile"
4. Click "Edit Photo"
5. Drag the circle to the area you'd like to display on the site
6. Click "Save Photo"
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save"

To change an existing profile picture:

1. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the site
2. Choose "My Account"
3. Select "Store Profile"
4. Click "Replace Photo"
5. Click “Choose File” to select the image you want from your computer
6. Click "Preview" to see how it will display
7. Drag the circle to the area you'd like to display on the site
8. Click "Save Photo"
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save"
