A Note to Followers is a weekly message you can send to Buyers who follow your store. You can use Notes to Followers to share store updates, announce new products, and highlight promotions.
To create a new note, click the store icon in the top right corner of your account, and select the "Note to Followers" option in the dropdown menu.
After you click “Compose Note” to create a message for your followers, you can add images by clicking the “Add image” icon in the toolbar. You can use many different-sized images in your note.
If you want to start your note with a banner image at the top, we recommend using the pixel dimensions 1200 width x 150 height.
Also, feel free to schedule a note for a later date! You can do this for any new note you create or draft by clicking “Preview & Send” and then selecting the date you wish to send it.
