Buyers are able to ask questions about your resources and TPT store on any of your active product pages. You can reply by clicking the link in the email you received with the question, or by following the steps below:
- Click the store icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen and select “Q&A.”
- Your questions will be listed from the most recent to oldest.
- Find the question you wish to answer, and click “Answer.”
- Enter your reply and click “Answer.” Please note that replies are public and can be seen by anyone on your product page.
You can also click “Edit” on any reply to update your response. Click “Delete” to completely delete any response.
For the most common questions you receive, you can use our “Saved Replies” feature to answer these quickly. Please follow the steps below to access this feature:
- On the Q&A page, click “Answer” next to any question you receive, and then click “View & edit all.”
- Click “New reply.”
- Name your saved reply in the “Name” field.
- Enter your saved reply in the “Answer” field, and click “Save” when you’re done.
Please note that Virtual Assistants will share these saved replies with the Seller. They will be able to create, edit, and delete the same saved replies. You can save up to 20 “Saved Replies” to share with your Virtual Assistants.
