Frequently Asked Questions

PowerPoint files are meant to be opened in Microsoft PowerPoint. Once you’ve downloaded the file: 

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Select “File” on the top left.
3. Click “Open.”
4. Select the file from your computer to open the PowerPoint file. 

If you run into any trouble, we recommend checking that your version of PowerPoint is updated. 

On a Windows computer, please follow the steps listed here. 

On a Mac: 

1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left of your computer. 
2. Click “App Store.”
3. Click “Updates.”
