If you’re using a Windows device, you may see an error message that states the contents of the ZIP file are empty, specifically when opening PDF files within it. This tends to happen when the default program for downloading and extracting ZIP files on your device has changed.
To avoid any issues with downloading the ZIP file to your device, right click on the TPT download button and choose “Save as…” to save the ZIP file to your desktop instead of clicking the “Download” button on TPT.
Please be sure that your default ZIP file extraction software is correct.
For example, Microsoft Edge is sometimes suggested to extract ZIP files on Windows 10 devices but this won’t work properly. This usually happens when ZIP files are automatically opened with Microsoft Edge after a download link is clicked on in Google Chrome. You can quickly change the default program for ZIP files in Windows 10 by going to Settings > Apps > Default apps and selecting Choose default apps by file type if this happens. Scroll down to .zip, click the current program, and pick your preferred extraction tool (Windows File Explorer) from the list. You can read more about default apps here:

After extracting the files within the ZIP with the right program, we recommend opening any included PDF files, if there are any, with Adobe Reader. It can be downloaded for free here:
