If you’re seeing any questions around opening, printing, downloading, or using PDF files, we have some tips that might help you:
- Compress your PDF file after saving it. A smaller file size will make it easier to download, open, and print. To do this, you can utilize either Adobe Acrobat Professional optimization tools (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/optimizing-pdfs-acrobat-pro.html) or a free online compression program (such as https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf). To retain the quality of your file, make sure to review compression options.
- If your PDF file uses protection settings within Adobe, please ensure that your PDF file can still be printed even if it’s secure. You can test your file by opening it with Adobe Reader and check that the “print” icon is available on the top navigation bar.
- If you’re including any PDF files in a Zip file resource, we find it helpful to let Buyers know that PDF files are included in the purchase in your product description.
