When a one-time password (OTP) is required on the login screen, you’ll receive an email from TPT with a six digit verification code to enter on the site. The OTP code is sent to the email address on file for your TPT account.
If you need to enter an OTP to log into your account, please be sure to check your email inbox first. The subject line of this email is “Verify your account.”
If you’re unable to locate this email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders. If you’re using a Gmail email address, please check the “Promotions” tab as well.
We recommend adding no-reply@login.teacherspayteachers.com to your email contacts to ensure you receive any necessary emails regarding your TPT account in the future.
