From your Virtual Assistant Dashboard, you can access your client’s “Marketplace Traffic Sources” page to see the click-throughs and conversions coming from different sources. If your client is a Premium Seller, you can also create UTM codes to track specific marketing efforts.
To add a UTM code from the Seller’s “Marketplace Traffic Sources” page, click on the “URL Builder” button to complete the following fields:
- Product: Choose where you want to send people on TPT. For example, you might enter the URL of the store, a specific store category, a specific product, or anything else you want to promote. Be sure to copy and paste the URL directly from the webpage that you want to send people to. You can also choose a product by clicking the “Select product” button.
- Source: Tell us where (site or page) you plan to post the URL. Perhaps you’re putting it on social media (Facebook post, Pinterest pin, Instagram profile, etc), your blog, an email newsletter, or from anywhere else you’re trying to drive traffic.
- Campaign name: Enter the names of the specific marketing tactics you’re using. This could a include the name of a campaign (e.g. Back to School), the type of image you’re using on a post (e.g. product cover), a type of resource you’re promoting (e.g. interactive notebooks), or any other description that helps you understand how something you're testing will perform.
