Guest Checkout allows you to purchase resources on TPT without creating a free Buyer account.
You’ll be able to access the Order Details page directly after your order has been placed or via the purchase confirmation email. The email will be sent to the email address you entered during the guest checkout process. This is the only way to access your order and download the resources you purchased.
Please note:
- If you create an account later on, your guest checkout order will not be transferred to your new account.
- There are limits on how many times you can download each resource. If it appears you’ve reached the limit, please contact the Customer Experience team here.
- Seller Discounts can’t be applied to guest checkout orders.
- Bundle refund requests cannot be made for orders placed through the guest checkout experience.
- Gift cards can’t be purchased with or used during the guest checkout experience.
- Easel and free resources require the creation of a TPT account to be accessed.
- You can access your receipt from the Order Details page.
