Easel Activities are only accessible from the TPT account that the resource was purchased in, however, we do have a workaround that allows additional license recipients to use the resource as an Easel Activity.
First, you will need to download and distribute the PDF to the recipients of the additional licenses you purchased. You can email the resource file directly, download the file and share it via an external drive or USB flash drive, or use a cloud storage website such as Dropbox or Google Drive to upload the file and share a direct link.
Once they receive their copy of the resource, they can upload the PDF to Easel and create their own Easel Activity from scratch. To do this, they’ll need to log into their TPT account, click on their profile icon on the top right of the page, and select “My Easel Library.”
Then, they can click the “Create” button at the top of the page to upload the PDF file for use as an Easel activity.
