If you’d like to apply tax exempt status to orders made via Purchase Order, we’ll only need your proof of tax exempt status (e.g. state issued tax exempt letter or certificate) and that can be emailed to Exemptions@TeachersPayTeachers.com.
If you’d like tax exempt status applied for all payment methods, we’ll need the following information:
- Your completed Tax Exemption Application and Certification Form
- Your proof of tax exempt status (e.g. state issued tax exempt letter or certificate)
Please email the above to Exemptions@TeachersPayTeachers.com. Our team will review your documents to ensure they are complete.
Once your proof of tax exempt status has been approved, you will receive an email letting you know. There will be a box on the checkout page you can mark to apply your exemption to each exempt purchase you make going forward.
Please note that exemptions should not be applied to purchases made with your personal funds.
