To find statistics on your TPT products, log into your account, click on your store icon towards the top right of the page and select "Product Statistics."
This page provides high-level data about both free and paid resources. You can see details on sales, conversion, earnings, and more. You can also filter by product type and status. Keep in mind the “Product Statistics” page shows sales from the TPT Marketplace, TPT School Access, and additional license purchases, and doesn’t include School Access Flex Catalog earnings. To view your Flex Catalog earnings, please visit your “Sales Reports” page and select TPT School Access Flex from the dropdown menu in the “Source” column. Please note that TPT School Access was retired on September 30, 2025, so there will be no sales or Flex earnings after that point.
Beyond sales data, the Easel tab on this page gives you usage data for each of your products that include Easel resources. This data includes the number of teachers and students your product has reached. You can also see the number of opens, assignments, and assignment rate per product as well as a benchmark assignment rate for all Easel resources in the TPT marketplace over the previous 90 days to compare the performance of your products.
In addition, we’ve added the ability to download this data as a .CSV file to make it easier to compare and manage your products. This data may be useful to see if there are any trends or outliers among your products.
To view specific and targeted information about download count, we recommend using the “Last Download” column on your “Sales Reports” page.
