As of December 15th, 2021, we’ve partnered with the payment processor Hyperwallet to enable us to offer multiple payout options to TPT Sellers (including PayPal, direct deposit, Venmo, and wire transfer). Please visit this page in TPT U to learn more about updating your payment method.
If you are signed up for Hyperwallet and do not see your payment in the payout method you chose:
Please reach out to Hyperwallet support via the phone numbers on their support page here (click on the tab labeled Telephone) or by clicking the chat icon in your Hyperwallet account.
If you are still receiving payments that are distributed through PayPal (and you have not yet signed up with Hyperwallet) please follow these instructions:
Please check that you’ve completed setup of your PayPal account within 30 days of receiving a notice from PayPal. If you’re still having trouble receiving your payout, please open a ticket and we will contact you about how to best receive your earnings.
We recommend you sign up for a Hyperwallet account via the link above as all Sellers will transition to this payment processor within 2022 (you can still choose PayPal if you’d like through Hyperwallet).
