Frequently Asked Questions

Before becoming a Seller you’ll first need to create a free Buyer account. To create a Buyer account, please:

1. Visit the TPT homepage and click the “Sign Up” button located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password of your choosing.
3. To finish creating your free Buyer account, click the “Sign up” button at the bottom of the page.

Congrats! You have now created your free Buyer account. If you’d like to upgrade from a Buyer to a Basic Seller, please:

1. Log in to your Buyer account.
2. Click the link here to access the Basic Seller upgrade page.
3. Under the Basic Seller option click “Join Now”
4. After you’ve entered your billing information simply click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.

Note: The non-refundable one-time fee of $29 USD to become a Basic Seller cannot be applied towards a Premium Seller subscription if you decide to upgrade at a later date.

To upgrade from a Buyer to a Premium Seller, please:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the link here to access the Premium Seller upgrade page.
3. Under the Premium Seller option click “Join Now”
4. After you’ve entered your billing information simply click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.

Note: Upgrade may take a few minutes to be reflected on your account. If you encounter any issues with your upgrade, please contact us here.

To upgrade from a Basic Seller to a Premium Seller, please:

1. Log in to your account, then click on your profile icon on the top right corner of the page.
2. From the dropdown menu, click "My Account."
3. Select "Store Profile" from the left sidebar.
4. Click “Upgrade now” in the box at the bottom left of the page.
5. Under the Premium Seller option click “Join Now”
6. After you’ve entered your billing information simply click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.
