This is a great question to be asking as you put your videos together! Luckily, if you’re already making resources or other educational content on TPT, the answers will sound familiar.
The safest way to create your video is to only include content you’ve created yourself. Keep in mind that for video, content is both audio and visual. So in addition to things like text, imagery, and photographs, you also want to be thinking about audio. The same rules that you’re used to apply here. If you want to include content that isn’t your original work (e.g. music, movie, or news clips), you’ll need to be sure you have permission from the copyright owner or be confident that your use of that content falls into a fair use exception: http://www.copyright.gov/fair-use/more-info.html
