Frequently Asked Questions

To become a Seller on TPT, you must first create a free Buyer account. After creating your account, you can choose to join as either a Basic Seller or an Exclusive Seller.

Please note that Premium Seller memberships were retired on October 1, 2026 and are no longer available for upgrade. 

To create a Buyer account, please:

1. Visit the TPT homepage and click the “Sign Up” button located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password of your choosing.
3. To finish creating your free Buyer account, click the “Sign up” button at the bottom of the page.

Congrats! You have now created your free Buyer account. If you’d like to upgrade from a Buyer to a Basic Seller, please:

1. Log in to your Buyer account.
2. Click the link here to access the Basic Seller upgrade page.
3. Under the Basic Seller option, click “Join Now.”
4. After you’ve entered your billing information, click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.

Note: The non-refundable one-time fee of $29 USD to become a Basic Seller cannot be applied towards an Exclusive Seller subscription if you decide to upgrade at a later date.

To upgrade from a Buyer to an Exclusive Seller, please:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the link here to access the Exclusive Seller opt-in page.
3. Under the Exclusive Seller option, click “Join Now.”
4. After you’ve entered your billing information, click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.

Note: The upgrade may take a few minutes to be reflected on your account. If you encounter any issues with your upgrade, please contact us here.

To upgrade from a Basic Seller to an Exclusive Seller, please:

1. Log in to your account, then click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. From the dropdown menu, click "My Account."
3. Select "Store Profile" from the left sidebar.
4. Click “Upgrade now” in the box at the bottom left of the page.
5. Under the Exclusive Seller option, click “Join Now.”
6. After you’ve entered your billing information, click "Continue to payment" to go to PayPal and proceed with payment.
