If you’re having trouble completing your Seller membership payment, there are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue:

Review your PayPal account - If your payment is being charged to a debit/credit card linked to your PayPal account, check to make sure that the expiration date is current.
- If possible, we recommend having the payment come from your PayPal balance. When payments fail, it usually involves a linked card or bank account.

Update your web browser - TPT tends to work best when your web browser is fully up-to-date. If that doesn't help, try using TPT with a different browser. TPT supports Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

- Use a “Private” or “Incognito” window - This creates a new browser window that prevents third-party browser additions from interfering when viewing TPT. For instructions on how to use private browsing or to open an incognito window, please click the links below:
- Enable Javascript and cookies on your browser - Many features on TPT require them in order to work as intended. Click here for more info on both.
