Yes. Easel is free for all TPT members to create, edit and assign Activities or Assessments.
Some creation tools, such as Audio recording and Drag & Drop, are currently only available for Premium Sellers or TPT School Access users. Teachers and students will always be able to use any feature used in resources purchased on the TPT Marketplace with no restrictions.
