If you receive an error message when you go to access an Easel Activity or Assessment, we recommend logging out of your account, then logging back in. This will generally resolve the issue.
To log out of your account, just click this link:
Once you log back in, click on your profile icon on the top right of the page and select “My Easel Library.” Alternatively, you can go to the “My Purchases” section of your TPT account and open the Activity or Assessment from there.
If you’re a teacher getting directed to the student login page when attempting to access an Easel Activity or Assessment, the suggestion above should resolve that issue as well.
