If you’re having trouble opening a bundle you purchased, first, we recommend checking out our instructions for how to open a ZIP file linked here. If you’ve tried unzipping the files and are getting an error message, try downloading the files individually from your “My Purchases” page or the product page of the bundle instead of downloading the whole bundle.
To download the individual resources from your “My Purchases” page, simply locate the bundle resource and click on “Download” by the individual resources listed in the Bundle; this will download that particular resource.
