If the “Download” button on a bundle you purchased is gray and not working, it’s likely that the bundle either contains online resources that need to be accessed through Google Drive, or the combined size of all files in the bundle exceeds our 2GB size limit for a single download. In either case, you can access each of the resources individually from your “My Purchases” page instead of downloading the entire bundle at once.
To access the individual resources from your “My Purchases” page, simply locate the bundle resource and click on “Download” or “Add to Google Drive” by the individual resources listed in the Bundle. Clicking this link will automatically begin downloading the file to your computer, or copying the file to your Google Drive for any online resources.
