If you’d like to refund one of your Buyers for a purchase they made in the last 365 days, our Customer Experience team can help issue the refund on your behalf. To submit a request to our team, just open a new chat with our automated TpT Bot and type “Refund Request” into the chat box. The TpT Bot will then guide you through the steps to submit your request.
Please note, we cannot issue refunds for purchases made more than 365 days ago. If the Buyer is having technical issues, feel free to have them reach out for assistance through the TpT Bot. If they need additional support, the TpT Bot can help them send an email to our Customer Experience team.
