If you’d like to refund one of your Buyers, please contact us and let us know:
- Which Buyer and resource you’d like to refund
- Why you’d like to offer a refund
- A form of confirmation from the Buyer that they are okay with the refund (e.g. If not on Q&A or Feedback, you can provide a screenshot of any correspondence as confirmation.)
