If you’re having trouble when checking out with a credit or debit card, you’ll want to make sure that all of the card details you're entering are correct and current, including the billing address and CVV security code from the back of the card.
If the transaction is failing after repeated attempts, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution to see if they can give you any information about the reason for the decline. In the meantime, if you have a PayPal account, or a different debit or credit card, you should be able to pay with that.
If your card is a Visa gift card, we recommend registering your card for online use. Many gift cards have this option.
