If you’ve purchased a transferable license, you can reclaim that license from a teacher once per year. This option is only visible if you are the administrator of a TpT for Schools account.
When you are ready to reclaim a license, simply navigate to your School Roster and select “Remove” next to the teacher’s name. This will remove the teacher from your school on TpT and reclaim any transferable licenses previously sent to that teacher. You can then send the licenses out to a different teacher from your School Library.
If you'd like to reclaim a transferable license from a teacher without removing them from your school, you can reclaim individual resources from teachers in your School Library. First, navigate to your School Library and select the teacher’s name from the “License Recipient” dropdown. Then, click the “Reclaim License” button next to each transferable license. Finally, you can send the resource to the next teacher by clicking the “Send License” button and entering their email.
