To receive your monthly payout, you’ll need to register for Hyperwallet, our third party payment processor, and set up a transfer method.
- Log into your TPT account and click the following link: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/My-Account/Payout_Method
- Click on the "Get My Key" button and click on the "Copy TPT Key" button.
- Click on the "Sign up on Hyperwallet" button.
- Click the box on the next page that reads "Verify my account using my TPT Key" and paste your TPT Key.
- Choose whether you are an Individual or a Business, making sure that whichever you select needs to exactly match the information you provided to the IRS or the tax verification will fail.
- Fill out the information on the Account Profile page and click “Continue.”
- Complete the information requested on the Activate Account page.
- Click “Confirm.”
And to add a transfer method:
- Log into your Hyperwallet account.
- Click on the "Transfer" link at the top of the page.
- Click on the "+Add Transfer Method" button.
- Choose the transfer method.
- Complete the process.
Adding a transfer method to your Hyperwallet account will allow you to receive your monthly payouts. You’ll have access to multiple payout options. These options include direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, and wire transfer — the options you see will depend on your country.
We pay out Seller earnings on a monthly basis. Earnings for each month are sent via Hyperwallet and are expected to arrive around or before the 21st of the month. Depending on the payout method you choose and your bank’s processing times, it may take 2-3 business days to see your payment.
