Frequently Asked Questions

Here's how to notify Buyers of a revised product:

1. Click on your store icon in the top right corner, and select "Product Listings"
2. Click "Edit" under the title of the product you wish to revise
   (This will bring you to the product edit page)
3. Under “Files” click the “X" to remove the old file then add the revised file
4. At the bottom of the page, check "Notify my buyers that I've updated this product" 
5. A field will open up where you can describe the changes you've made
6. When you’re done, click the “Submit” button

Once you've described the changes and saved the revised product, past Buyers will see a notification on their "My Purchases" page letting them know that you've posted a revised file.
